Well, it's actually an expression that literally means "made the full use of her brain juice". This expression is used to show that she has made a continual and put in a lot of effort and hard work into producing this album. Haha, well, just to clear things up a little ... because I felt that "squeezed her brain out" probably has this underlying connotation that Ayu's creative skills are on the decline.
