Yeah, as you have all guessed there are fan-made.
No new Ayupans were sold at CDL. They were selling last years Arena Tour Ayupans though with those capsule machines (put in 300yen and an Ayupan inside a ball comes out at random).
The balls did include an Ayupan sticker (Ayupan in kimono) and a new years fortune message (lucky song, and a message).
