Did avex file a lawsuit?I didnt know that.
I heard from a TAIWAN tv program saying that the past CD's sold in taiwan by those record company are consider as legal. As there wasnt any copyright of the artist's song in Taiwan so it's legal. But now avex have the copyright in Taiwan so it's illegal to furthur produce any of it's artist songs without their permission. But those that CD's that were produced before the copyright law are consider as LEGAL so they are not bootleg.
The IFPI cravings is on the back of the Cd which means it is being recognise as legal product.
