i think they are not really related, however i believe the wings both reperent 'lost','hurt',despression','hopeless' and mainly 'loss of freedom, endless sorrow seems represents ayu's feeling after the release of A best, she felt she is merely a profit-making product of a company, and lost the freedom which a normal person should have(i.e. the people live in endless sorrow can't talk, and 'talk' is the most basic freedom)

as for GAME, it may be talk about the comfusion of identity-ayumi hamasaki(the singer) and ayu(the true person), it said in the lyric:

"Seized with several impulses, I'm lost in a maze with no exit
The sense of reality urges me suddenly to find the way out
But why can't I leave this place, so strangely?
"

ayu want to escape from the reality which she is a star(identity 'ayumi haasaki'), but the reality is just no more than cruel, she can't escape from it of course:

"I can smile naturally about this time tomorrow
As if nothing had happened
I've always walked in such a manner
But I can't control this game as I wish
"

and then she make some excuse and lie to herself:

"I need no makeshift words
Which I'll probably forget about this time tomorrow
I had made this game a little longer than usual
No problem, I'll be able to find another one
"

Finally, it came to the conclusion:

"Please tell me that this pain is surely an illusion
Please tell me that I'm not like myself at all now
"

in other words, ayu can't escape anything that happen in the world("But why can't I leave this place, so strangely?") because she lost her freedom already on the day she become a singer, so the PV use lost wing to conclude (explain) everthing

i really believe ayu must have a resson to put that song in the INSPIRE single as INSPIRE is such a 'progressive' song
