Either way, I think everything looks gorgeous on her.
As for the eyeshadow - not mascara, I think the blue brings out a bit of her eyes. I don't think it looks that bad - It looks flattering almost, just like pink shadow does on eyelids. But that's just my opinion.

Well, a light pink usually looks fine, but blue stands out more. To me, it's awkward-looking.
