The fact that the people at the reception are rude does not mean the company is "evil" in any means. Maybe if you report such people to the managers, they would do something about it? There are stores you go where you can find rude rude people and others who don't, sometimes it's actually something wrong with certain specific people and not the whole company.

I don't think nmskalmn is looking for sources stating that avex is "bad". I think her point is to understand why people put the blame in avex as if it is the absolute truth, when actually there's no evidence/source that avex is much more than a business company like any other out there. What sources/evidences are the people getting based at to make such accusations, if they do exist? I think that's what she's asking (I might be wrong though
