Mika Nakashima is gorgeous. I never really got into her, but I probably should. Also, Ayu, Koda Kumi (wow), and Namie (although I don't like her big, poofy hair like in the WoWa PV). And can't forget Shakira. And then there's my two favorite female singers from metal bands, Simone Simons of Epica, and Vibeke Stene of Tristania.
