Actually, masa and Jimmy are right. There are several different systems of Japanese-English romanization. The one most common in English-speaking countries is probably the Hepburn System (which writes しゃ as "sha", and ちゃ as "cha", etc.), while there is also the Japanese National System (which writes しゃ as "sya", and ちゃ as "tya").
It's realtively simple to read the differences in Japanese, whichever system you use. But when you get into romanizing Korean... everyone's screwed.
