People are allowed to analyze her PVs. Doesn't mean anyone is "stalking" or being "too clingy." Some people just enjoy looking at and trying to discern the meaning of things - even if it turns out there is no deeper meaning. They don't need to be berated for it as there is absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. It's a healthy form of human expression and does no more harm than writing essays about the meaning of say, Catcher in the Rye in an English class.
And one more thing. School has very little relation to how smart a person actually is. Her dropping out signals to me that she didn't quit school because she was stupid, but that she figuired out an early age that it just was not important to her life. A quote from one of her interviews was something along the lines of that in Science class she realized that whatever color the solution changed to would have absolutely no effect on her life.
