It's not three discs. Notice how the two discs are in brackets [LIVE SIDE] and [SPECIAL SIDE]. Nowhere does it say it's three discs. It just simply calls the two disc set as a BOX SET.
I think people are being mistaken by the fact that the 'encore' is separate from the main set of songs. It's not that complicated. Two discs, that's it.
