Overrated: Evolution
Underrated: Since many people already stated HANABI ~Episode II~ (Which does deserve more appreciation) I say Humming 7/4. Sure, the lyrics are not that great and the main chorus does not fit with the rest of the song (I love the verses personally, but the "everybody GO everybody JUMP!" ruins the rockish feel and replaces it with an overdone popish one.

But still.
it's a good song.
so my vote for underrated to humming 7/4.
