They've probably had to deal with all sorts of negotiations to get the rights to release these remixes, maybe airwave and/or mogwai were harder to get a hold of than remixers they've dealt with in the past. *shrug*

chpsv, like you i'd love to see a full version of the Huge remix. With him having died, it's probably hard for avex, much less Drizzly, to be able to release full versions of the tracks they used in NSMM form. I don't know his family's attitude about his material being released, nor do I know how many channels a company would have to go through to buy rights to his stuff. It's probably such a pain
