She had quit cuz of some love thing with another guy. Which is during Osaka Koi no Uta single which is I think 3 singles after Joshi Moshi Monogotari single.
Tsunku doesn't want love to enter the music bussiness cuz he feels it would interfere with the music business.
Mari was in a orchestra special with Kei and Biyuuden in a concert about a month ago, so I think that tells us that Mari may perform at other things but not very much.
