It does it for me .. even though I have big eyes O____O ;; I've got doubl eyelids.. I'd go insane if I had single eyelids.. where'd I put eyeliner at anyways?
Honestly though, it's popular all around Asia to have "Caucasin" looking eyes, so surgery is really common in Japan. I even read in this magazine about this one Asian model saying she wants bigger eyes.. -_-;; The things that they don't have makes them more unique, that's all I have to say about it.
