It's obvious that this is one of those threads to get the forum roused up. All of the main points have been stated so I'll keep this one short.
1. My belated welcome to AHS.
2. EVIDENCE: Just because someone is energetic doesn't mean they're on drugs. You're jumping the gun extremely far by creating a far-fetched reason for Ayu having energy to meet the demands of advertisers and Avex. It's possible that Ayu herself has that type of energy or she has a high caffeine intake level. But why does it matter? It's not abnormal for someone to be in 50 places at once doing many things for people.
3. Your description of an average Ayu day completely negates your self-accusation of being a fan. Being a so-called fan of someone doesn't result in flaming of their lifestyles or false-lifestyle as you've made Ayu's to be. A fan supports his idol, not criticize and falsify her.
