^ If you mean the MS special at the end of the year, then she'll sing one song. I don't think "Will" will be performed. It's possibly "STEP you" since it's her most popular song this year at the moment I'm typing this. I don't know about "HEAVEN" yet
She won't sing a new song for Kouhaku, the songs have already been decided. So she can't perform "Will" neither. It's a new concept where Japanese citizens voted for their favourite songs since WW II to 2004. "SEASONS" is one of the Japanese's favourite songs in 2000, and "Dearest" is one of their favs in 2001. She's more likely to sing a medley of both songs.
Maybe she'll perform "Will" on smaller shows. Or in her next concert!
