No, you are wrong. There is nothing wrong with that phrase. In this scenario "love" is being used as a noun and is the subject. Thus it can be compared to such things as a "car salesman," "computer programmer," "art historian" or "building architect." Being a "Love Cook" is in other words a "Cook of Love" like one would be a Meat Chef...a Chef of Meat who specializes in meatery. Unless of course the "cook" in love cook refers to the verb or action of cooking...then yes they need to learn English. But alas even that is questionable...think Chicken Bake ^_^
