I agree with petit's comments that "Real me" would be awkward....

maybe she has a special information inside that song, like ,"go ahead and find the REAL gender of me..."????
and my names WOMEN would be like, "my name wasn't really women"
OMFG!!

but girlish one is simply explain all...like, she/he was only acting "girlish"...being girlish doesn't always mean that you're a girl....there's also a "girlish" guy...lol
