^ Sharing is legal if you share non-illegal stuff XD Same goes with downloading.
Basically if it's copyrighted (Which everything is) then it's illegal to download. But if some purchased and shared, it is arguably legal. As it is the same to burning the cd for a friend, if you twist it a bit.
