I think it's the word should not be changed, because this is what she is just singing. But I feel strange with "delicious" as well as you. In my understanding, it's natural to say "She is bold" but it's strange to say "She is delicious." But I don't know clearly, because I'm not a native speaker of English.

I'm no native English speaker as well (in that case I wouldn't need to ask...

) so I don't know whether "to step foot at the big moment" is correct.
Maybe "When I'm unable to do something at the big moment" or "When I'm unable to act at the big moment" could also be used but I'm not sure if these would have exactly the same meaning... so be careful with my propositions!!
