Yep the PV is clear. The guy decides to cut his hair and realizes that the hairdresser is really beautiful, so he gets a crush on her. He is a photographer so he actually decides to call her to take a few photoshoots. As they just started a friendship, they end up actually falling in love with each other. One day she decides to play a surprise to him, secretly going to his room and playing around here and there but she ends up, by accident, spilling some of the solutions used for revealing pictures on her face. The result is she gets corneal burning and because of that she's condemned to be blind. The guys kinda feels it was his fault, and, actually, he loves her so much that he decides to use his eyes one last time probably for making one of his dreams true - to try winning a car race contest - and after that he decides to donate his corneas to her and the procedure is done (however she probably thought the corneas were from a deceased person). After she starts being able to see again she realizes he's not there with her anymore. She thinks he abandonned her just because she got into that accident and he probably wouldn't love her in that state (shows how human beings like to interpret things in the wrong ways a lot of times). Then one day she sees him on the streets and she notices he's blind, making her realize he actually loved her so much that he gave up on his most precious sense to give the sight back to her. She's so shocked at that heroic attitude that she cries.
LOL I don't think donating your own corneas while alive would be permitted here in my country ahahah
