i guess you're not. i'm not expecting anything really interesting after BnD PV... but it won't be ugly for sure.
it seems however, that Ayumi was either lazy or tired that they make both PVs in the same setting, or maybe they didn't have much money to do it, after the expensive fairyland PV...
and i think it says it's a Minialbum...
