It sounds more like French to me actually, not german... They're both saying something to the same effect. The English i can understand better. "The number you have reached is not in service. Please hang up and try your call again. This is a recording." It's what you get when either a) you dial someone's number but they've moved or canceled it, or b) you dial a number outside of your area without dialing the country or area code first. I'd have to listen more carefully to get the French version though cuz I don't have my Duty cd right now.
