"kyou no ureshikatta kao, kyou no kanashikatta kao"
Sway your hands right, then left, then cross your hands over your chest, put them out in front of you palm-up and shoulder-width apart (like you're offering something), then frame your face with your palms out and your right hand at your forehead and left hand by your chin. Repeat.

"kinou yowakatta jibun to"
This is hard to explain. move your elbows out so your arms make < and > on either side of your chest, with your palms down. From that position, treat your hands like trains that up & diagonally towards each other, let them cross, and keep moving until your elbows cross, and from there move your hands back out again. Once your hands are on either side of your head (like you're shrugging kinda), your palms should be up. Turn your right palm so that it's facing out to your side, then do the same with your left.

"ashita kitto tsuyoi jibun to"
Palms forward, move your hands side to side (right side first) to the beat of the song, moving your arms down to your waist as you do so.

"anata nara dare ni miseteru"
Left hand on your waist, for the length of "anata nara", point outwards with your right hand, moving your hand from the far left to the far right. Once "dare ni" starts, point your finger, thumb out, and rock your right arm up and down at the elbow.

"watashi nara dare ni miserebaii"
Do the same thing (but with your right hand at your waist and your left arm doing the moving), but at "ba" move both hands, pointed, up to your shoulders, and from there point up and move your almost-straightened arms down slowly for the length of "ii".

That is a really hard thing to write down o_o
