And they're not just dragging out her old stuff either, since she released an original album in 2004 according to that site.. 24 years into her career! She had a Count Down Live on news years eve of this year, a Concert Tour last year, and according to her news section, and she's still getting nominated for awards. All this time and she's still known as the Queen of JPop of her time.. she's the person who Ayu's tied up with for the most #1 singles XD
So, this person seems to be the "Ayu" of the 80s-90s. And she's still around, even after 25 years in the business. So, if this person can still be going on into her 26th year in the business, what makes you think Ayu won't be around for a 10th year? A 15th year? A 20th year? |
Yup, she was BIG in those days. Didn't know she's still so active these days though.
I believe Ayu still has so much more that she wants to express through making music. So I don't believe that she'd ever want to just walk away and retire.
