Poor Ayu.
Girl looks tired.
IMO though, short hair suits her better. While long hair is pretty, it's a little overwhelming on her, while shorter styles compliment her facial features better. I don't really have a color preference, but she needs to get a fresh haircut, at least shoulder length.
