At this point, I would say Gackt is conversationally fluent in at least the following languages: English, Mandarin, Korean. This is just judging from various clips of him talking about linguistics and actual moments of him interacting with people who are fluent in those other languages. Pretty amazing considering how busy he is. He must be a fast learner.
