I've seen the performance. It was done outside and she was freezing - a nice performance though. When all of the guests walked out at the begining, Gackt and Ayumi were standing together and it was obvious she was absolutely freezing. Gackt was wearing a warm coat and should have offered it to her I thought - it would have fit with his image too.
