It's a re-release of the original 1 (3inch cds) back in 1995 by a taiwan record company.
When this re-release single is on sale, it's considered as legal as there's no copyright of japanese music in taiwan at that time so they can freely release any japan records. But now that there's copyright of japanese records in taiwan. These discs might be considered as bootlegs. Therefore you cant find it in any cd shops. Unless they do sell bootlegs....
