Newtype USA had a half page dedicated to the Connected PV when it came out.
Anyway, the anime/manga/jpop magazines here mostly cater to anime & game fans, not music fans. So they'll mention Dearest, maybe Startin' cuz of Onimusha, and they'll mention artists that are more known for anime & game contributions (TMR, Maaya Sakamoto, etc), and artists that are seiyuu to begin with, but people like ayu that don't do many anime/game tie-ins aren't gonna get the same amount of attention.
