They graduated during the H!P 2004 Summer tour.

The MoMusu 2005 Autumn tour DVD, the one you plan on buying, is solid. I enjoyed the Spring concert more, as I have always felt that graduation concerts have an aura unlike the normal events. I wouldn't be without either DVD, though.
