The hall: The hall has doors which probably lead to different fates or paths in life. She can’t open any of the doors even though she has the key.

Hamasaki in the halls outfit: It seems mostly a reflection of child hood. It even reminds me of a doll or a toy a girl would play with. The thick make up, the pink. I love the play on sex though, she’s playfully playing with the key and her skirt is pretty short.

The Maid: This is mostly about women’s dominance. She isn’t whipping a women, she’s whipping a guy dressed up in a school boy uniform. I hardly ever see women with shoulders that broad. I also believe this has to do with women and being sexual. Also notice the statue [bust] of a Greek man in chains? It could be saying women have had the upper hand for ages or maybe that just now women have gained an upper hand. The bear is probably just there for pleasure. Humor? It’s a very visual video.

The women in the butterfly room: Her clothing is that of the Victorian age, when women where innocent. I believe the masks were put on her dress for a reason. Sometimes we use our clothing style to hide who we are. This could also just be to show that show how obvious we are when we’re wearing our “masks,” similarly to the term “wearing your heart on your sleeve.” The butterflies in the room represent change. She also has a cage with a butterfly stuck in it. Maybe she’s caging/control her change?

The red room: Probably just a play on fetish, like the Maid. It’s also probably there just for show.

Sorry if what I have to say is cold and to the point? I never come up with stories when I watch the pvs and I've had years of art so I've learned a lot about how artist purposfully show us things and sometimes accidently show us things.

That's a pretty good explanation...I've been wondering about that PV for a while. But what about military Ayu? Is it that she is taking control over women and telling them what to do?
