It's not blonde really, because it's not the right colour and it's too dark. I have blonde hair, and it's a completely different colour than Ayu's is. Some of those shots on stage, when there's a lot of bright lights, it makes her hair look lighter, but when you see photos of Ayu with other light sources it's definitely brown and not blonde
