Maybe the CDs were opened just placed back inside. I do that to prevent any types of scratches or damages. It takes like, have a second of your life to just open it and seal it again so just let it go people.

I open my cd's put the wrappings in a pile behind my desk for sentimental value and then keep my cd's on a bookshelf
