I think they will be compareable, due mostly to the fact both Utada an Ayumi have released a lot of singles before their albums, making the albums a bit faded... Only half of the tracklisting is absolutely new songs, and I think that's not enough for a positively surprising album.
It will be good, just like (miss)understood was overall, but... it still feels like I have heard half of it already and the second half is only ok...
