I am pretty sure that 濱崎歩 is her given name in kanji because she mentioned it off-handedly in a Hey! Hey! Hey! episode before (read this entry which is only in Japanese).

Next is Hamasaki Ayumi-san, who has the exact same kanji as ayu's real/given name!
