Apparently at the Japan Expo in France (where Anna Tschuchiya is performing), Gackt announced via video message that he plans to expand his activities into Europe and America. No date was given for when this will happen, but when Gackt plans on doing something, he does it. So this is very exciting news for those that have been waiting YEARS for something like this to even be mentioned.
The full video hasn't come online yet other than a few screenshots, but it looks like it has been confirmed by multiple people that were there.
