A guess is that her performance in the Tokyo Dome held 40000+ people (max 55000), that would mean more speakers and even louder volume. When you stand behind the speakers, on stage, the noise isn't that loud, as the speakers are build to push the sound forward (according to my friends father who got a band the speakers is most likely set up that way). But for some songs she walk out into the centre of the Dome, at those times she has to pass the speakers which can be completely devastating for your ears.

Maybe it's the echo of the sound too?
Personally, another A MUSEUM would be nice, and I don't really care where it's held (ie: zepp, halls, arenas, domes, stadiums). But another Stadium or Dome Tour would be nice though.
