1&3: The staff pay the bills. There is no need for any member to be worried about it.
2: Here are some things you can do to help, in addition to what AyuRocks posted:
- Don't hotlink to AHS avatars and smilies.
- Use a smaller avatar.
- Try not to use the attachment feature. Host your pictures at a free file hosting site instead.
- Don't flood the forum with an excessive number of posts.
