Just make sure that the CDs carry the AVEX logo before you buy them
. And if you want pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~ version, make sure they say AVCD, if you don't mind it being overseas keep your eye open for AVTCD, they're usually cheaper.

If they'd go cheaper they got to be either used or bootlegs ^^. I suspect they'd cost more though.
