She certainly has the fanbase to still do Domes. Even L'arc and Gackt still perform shows at the Dome's and their popularity has fallen off more than hers. I suspect the reason she hasn't done a Dome tour since 01 is her ear.

I don't think Ayu sells out in minutes anymore. Probably like a day. The record, as far as I know, for selling out the Tokyo Dome is held by L'arc at 56,000 tickets in 4 minutes back in 1999.
