If you look closely you can see that the finger doesn't quite fit the hand. If you concentrate on the hand, not looking at the end of finger, you'll see that it doesn't fit. Looking at it this way, you can see past the finger pasted on top and see the original hand. Moreover, there's a subtle fuzzy area right below the 2nd joint of the middle finger. Plus the pasted finger is slightly offset...
