I'm there right now. Gonna follow the Ayu trail...
I'm staying in Hau'ula on the east coast of Oahu; real close to the shrimp truck .

Hey wait a minute...I looked up Kualoa and isn't it on the east coast of Oahu, not North Shore? Hmmm all of em are on the windward coast. Did you mean windward coast instead of northshore? Hmmmm since she filmed the waterfall scene at waimea falls and hung out at matsumoto's, do you think she filmed the beach scenes on northshore?
