Well, I checked my dic, and got greatful ,too. But, I also doubt how to translate it to my language. It sounds strange. Well, the structure of Greatful Days is right at all. but the meaning sounds strange. greatful is an adjective. And days is noun, so that's it.
We can't consider it was Ayu's fault in English or anything til we know the translation of this song.

And what is the meaning of SURREAL then? I've checked my dic and got nothing. The word Surreal isn't listed.
