Yes I agree with CK...
before we start jumping to conclusions let's wait til the CD's release and we can determine what happened..

And it just so happens, Kuu DID NOT write the music... She simply wrote the lyrics to the song...

And if you listen to Yasashii Hana by Oku Hanako, you'll only realise only the chorus is the same nothing else... So It's not a complete rip-off!
