If you ordered before they changed to CD+Poster your price will be raised, I believe YA reasoned like this:

CD only $30 - this was what you could pre-order first. A free poster was included.

The CD only was later changed to:
CD+poster $40 - you had to pay $40 to get the album, and the poster. The option for album only was removed.

Now, when they announced that the album is going to be full lenght, the price of the CD only is $44. Do you see where this is leading? They will loose $14 on those who pre-ordered early, but only $4 from those who pre-ordered later.
