They're the same backup singers from CDL02-03 (and she's used them before I believe) and they're not
horrible, it's just they do not fit in with the music, at all. And it just ruins the overall sound. And in some parts, they were even drowning her out. (that could be due to the clip quality, though, I'm not sure) They're ok for a few songs (like Heartplace, and Free & Easy) but with the fast ones, they just do not fit.
Anyway, in regard to the second and third screencaps, that outfit looks like a parachute.
