I think the title IS
seishun amigo (for the sweden release), but other things you could search for are:
shuji to akira, shuji and akira, youthful amigo, nobuta wo produce (?).
I found this swedish website called CDon or something. I lost the link, but they had it in stock but it was the regular edition and they can't ship internationally
