I'm going to put it out there. Pump Up the Jam by Technotronic. That song is stupid good ^_^!

EDIT: Oh! And I completely agree about the genius of Exodus, though the lyrics were a bit awkward (not the Japanesey line though. The meaning behind that line is so blaringly obvious that I'm surprised so many people missed it).
