I remember thinking Through the Rain was okay. But then it was ruined for me forever by the sheer AWESOMENESS of the Mad TV parody video, I'm Not Insane (also featuring Whitney Houston!).

Heartbreaker was cute, though. It was Mariah still looking pretty even AFTER her boobs started to inflate and she overdid the tanning. I think. I know she had her twins sometime around/after 1999, around the same time she started to look a bit orange.
